| Received complaint that individual ordered strawberry vanilla mix icecream on Friday, 8/6/21, it was runny, he ate it and has been sick with vomiting and diarrhea ever since. Made inspection. Observed icecream temperature to be at proper temperature, machine appeared clean. Manager was not aware of any other complaints. Discussed cleaning and operating procedures with manager, Brock Smith. I did not find any problems at time of inspection. |
