3717-1-04.1(Y) / Temperature measuring devices.
Corrected During Inspection Observed no thermometer in brand new prepcooler behind the grill area at the time of inspection. PIC place new internal thermometer in proper area. Hot and cold holding equipment thermometer was missing, located incorrectly, or not easily readable.

3717-1-04.5(D) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleaning frequency.
Observed debris build up in the microwave by the pick up window, on the fan vent covers in the walk in cooler, and on gaskets throuhgout the facility at the time of inspection. Non-food contact surface(s) not cleaned at the required frequency.

3717-1-06.4(N) / Maintaining premises - unnecessary items and litter.
Oserved Blogett oven by walk in cooler no longer in use at the time of inspection. PIC said she would talk to corporate about removing it from the facility. Unnecessary or nonfunctional items and /or litter on premises.
