| Complainant stated that children in the elementary and middle school receive moldy food and curdled milk. The workers will not replace the food and that they need to repay if they want a replacement. Also complained that bugs are all over the school. Discussed the complaint with the person-in-charge. Milk is delivered twice weekly (Tuesday and Friday). She stated that if a child comes up and says the food doesn't taste right they will replace or substitute with another food product. None of the milk was expired during the inspection. Did not observe any bugs in the kitchen. |
