Observed working containers of sugar and powder sugar without labeling. Working food containers not properly labeled.

3717-1-03.2(M) / Wiping cloths - use limitation.
Corrected During Inspection Observed a sanitizer bucket at the front with low cocentration of sanitizer. PIC had an emoloyee replaced the sanitizer bucket. Improper use and/or maintenance of wiping cloths.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Observed several equipment and surfaces needing to be wiped down or cleaned. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.

3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Observed wet floor at the front ad debris on the kitchen floor and back room. Facility not maintained clean.
