3717-1-04.4(A)(2)/Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed the make table in the kitchen next to the grill not working properly at the time of inspection. Observed accumulation of water at the bottom of the cooler and the temperature of the foods in the cooler was about 48F. PIC submitted a work order to have the cooler checked.
