Critical Corrected During Inspection Food in an RFE must be embargoed due to adulteration, misbranding, or baby food or formula is expired. Observed expired baby food: 2 box of Enfamil Neuro Pro on 04/01/19, 3 packs of Gerber Food Start on 10/16/19, 7 bottles of Enfamil Neuro Pro on 04/01/19. PIC pulled them off the shelves.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed excess ice build up and condensation in the frozen food walk in freezer and the ice cream walk in freezer.

3717-1-04.2(I) / Sanitizing solutions - testing devices.
No sanitizer test kit available. Observed expired test kit at the Deli and expired and water damaged test kit at the bakery.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed dust build up on one of the fan covers and ceiling around of the dairy walk in cooler. Also observed build up on the shelves of the dairy walk in cooler. Facility had already started cleaning up the shleves at the time of inspection.
