3717-1-04.2(I) / Sanitizing solutions - testing devices.
Critical The test kit used for measuring the concentration of the sanitizer was the wrong type. Chlorine bleach is used for wiping buckets, but QAC (quaternary ammonium compound) test strips were the only type present.
A test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration in PPM (mg/L) of sanitizing solutions shall be provided. Please acquire test strips for QAC. Correct By: 18-Apr-2014
