Observed no soap at handwashing sink in the kitchen, by the 3 compartment sink and by the mop sink.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Observed damaged gaskets on the door of both 2 door McCall coolers in the kitchen and on the doors of the make table in the kitchen. Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted.

3717-1-04.2(B)(1) / Manual warewashing - three compartment sink required.
Observed the 3 compartment sink at the bar not approved. The 3 compartment sink at the bar will need replaced. Three-compartment sink not available for manually washing, rinsing, and sanitizing of utensils.

Observed no detergent and sanitizer available at the 3 compartment sink at the bar and in the kitchen. Facility had sanitizer and detergent but stated they received the wrong one and are switching them back. Cleaning agents and/or sanitizers not available in the FSO or RFE.

Observed the 3 compartment sink in the kitchen needing cleaning. Warewashing equipment and/or components not cleaned at required frequency.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Observed the coolers in the kitchen and ice cream machine needing cleaning. Observed rusty shelves by the 3 compartment sink. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.

Observed the walls in the mop sink area needing repaired/replaced. Observed a hole in a ceiling in the kitchen area. Also observed a wall or seperation needed to limit facility boundaries in the building. Floors, walls, and/or ceilings not smooth and easily cleanable.

Observed missing coving by the 3 compartment sink in the kitchen. Floor and wall junctures not properly coved or closed and/or floor drains not provided.

Observed the floor throughout the facility needing cleaned. Facility not maintained clean.
