Critical Water source and/or hot water capacity not sufficient. Observed no hot water in the facility. PIC had maintenance come in to check it. Maintenance was at the facility during inspection.

3717-1-05.1(C)(1) / Handwashing sink - required water temperature
Observe all handwashing sinks water below 100°F. Talked to PIC about having it checked.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed condensation on the ceiling of the walk in freezer.
