PIC stated they got their food from M&M, everything was date marked efficiently and explained they rarely have product in store for more than 3 day that their delivery trucks come twice a week. PIC also explained how they effectively thaw food by taking it from the deep freezer and put it into the cooler. Employee health policy on record.
