Observed torn gasket on the walk in cooler at the time of inspection. Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Observed an accumulation of dust on the vent covers in the warewash area at the time of inspection. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.

3717-1-06.4(F) / Drying mops.
Repeat Observed mops being stored in the mop buckets at the time of inspection. Mops must be hung up to dry properly. Mops dried improperly.
