Critical Observed TCS foods in the walk-in cooler above 41°F during the inspection. PIC removed all TCS foods from the walk-in cooler during the inspection for disposal and was advised not to use the walk-in cooler until the unit has been repaired. A follow up will be performed to confirm the walk-in cooler has been repaired. TCS foods not being cold held at the proper temperature.
