PIC states pop nozzles are cleaned every other day during the time of inspection. Informed them that they should be cleaned once a day. Utensils and equipment contacting non-TCS foods not cleaned at required frequency.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Observed torn gasket on the reach in cooler near the front hand sink during the time of inspection. Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted.

3717-1-06.1(A) / Floors, walls, and ceilings.
Observed damaged floor tiles in the back room during the time of inspection. Floors, walls, and/or ceilings not smooth and easily cleanable.
