Observed a complaint that the complainant received a double bacon cheeseburger with raw burger patties. During the complaint investigation, all of the prepared burger patties had temperatures greater than 155°F. The cooking process was also observed during the inspection. Frozen beef patties are cooked on an automated grill press for a given time that is adjusted according to internal cooking temperatures. No violations related to this process were observed. |
