Observed broken gasket and lid of prep cooler by office at the time of inspection. Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted.

Obderved no test strips present in the three bay at the bar at the time of inspection. No sanitizer test kit available.

Observed wall behind flat top grittle with a build up of black grease deposits. Non-food contact surface(s) not cleaned at the required frequency.

Observed multiple vent covers throughout the kitchen and walk in coolers with an accumulation of debris at the time of inspection. Attachments to the wall and/or ceiling were not easily cleanable.

Observed missing wall tile on the wall above the walk in cooler at the time of inspection. Obersved on the handsink by walk in cooler with a leaky (hot) handle at the time of inspection. Physical facilities not maintained in good repair.

Observed floors throughout the kitchen and wash room soiled at the time of inspection. Observed raw chicken juice dripping on the floor of the walk in cooler. Facility not maintained clean.
