Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed handwashing sink to be used as storage during the time of inspection. Handwashing sink is being used for purposes other than handwashing. PIC removed the items from the sink.

3717-1-02.4(C)(17) / PIC: duties - ensure the facility has written procedures for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events.
Corrected During Inspection Did not observe a Norovirus policy during the time of inspection. No written procedures for responding to vomiting or diarrheal events. Gave the PIC a Norovirus policy and ensured they had the necessary cleaning agents for this policy.

3717-1-06.2(C) / Handwashing sinks - hand drying provision.
Observed the paper towel dispenser to not be working during the time of inspection. No towels or drying device at the handwashing sink(s).

3717-1-04.2(G)(1) / Food temperature measuring devices - availability
Did not observe thermometer in the stand up cooler during the time of inspection. Food thermometer not readily accessible.

3717-1-04.1(KK) / Food equipment - certification and classification.
Observed a noncommercial refrigerator in the kitchen during the time of inspection. Equipment not approved by a recognized testing agency.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Observed the stand-up cooler to have a damaged handle during the time of inspection. Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted.

3717-1-04.2(I) / Sanitizing solutions - testing devices.
Corrected During Inspection Observed the wrong sanitizer test strips at the bar warewashing station during the time of inspection. No sanitizer test kit available. Gave employee the correct strips.

3717-1-05.4(N) / Covering receptacles.
Observed outside waste receptacle lid to be open during the time of inspection. Waste receptacles not covered properly.
