Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed dirt and debris in the soda dispenser holder. Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are dirty.
To prevent contamination, equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch.

3717-1-04.1(KK) / Food equipment - certification and classification.
Repeat Observed non-commercial equipment being used. .Equipment is not approved by a recognized testing agency.
Food equipment that is acceptable for use in a FSO or RFE shall be approved by a recognized food equipment testing agency.
3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Observed dirt and debris in refridgerator in "Ship Room" off of the kitchen. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are dirty.
Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept clean.
