Observed prep table and hot holding unit missing thermometers. Hot and cold holding equipment thermometer was missing, located incorrectly, or not easily readable.

Joint inspection with Van Creasap.

Observed continued issues with hot holding. PIC will adjust method for re-heating and hot holding. This will be reviewed during next re-inspection.
