Critical Observed no hot water at the hand washing sink in the employees/customers restrooms. Facility has separate hot water boxes for the restrooms and it has not been working. Hot water need to be fixed. Water source and/or hot water capacity not sufficient.

| Complainant stated facility does not have hot water and heat. Talked to the manager about the complaint. Observed facility has hot water in the kitchen sinks and dishwasher. Facility still does not have hot water at the hand sinks in both restrooms. Talked to manager about a time line to get the hot water fixed in the restrooms. Manager stated they have been contacting maintenance to come and fix it but they did not come yet. Manager stated he will try to find an alternative way to get it fixed. Facility has not had heat for weeks. We have talked to the manager previously and today about it. Manager stated the compressor for the heat broke and they have been waiting for the part to replace it. Observed facility still does not have heat. Manager stated they have been letting customers aware of the situation and letting them decide if they want to stay to dine in or take out. A follow up inspection will be conducted to check if the hot water at the hand sink in the restrooms has been fixed. |
