Critical Repeat Corrected During Inspection Observed food debris at handsking in the kitchen and observed a utensil stored in the handsink in the dish room. Talked to PIC about using handwashing sink for hand washing only. Handwashing sink is being used for purposes other than handwashing.

3717-1-03.4(G) / Ready-to-eat, time/temperature controlled for safety food - date marking.
Critical Repeat Corrected During Inspection Observed taquitos, shredded lettuce, cut onions and cut green pepper made on 01/06 without date marking. PIC date marked them. Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked.

3717-1-07(B) / Poisonous or toxic materials: Working containers - common name.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed 3 bootles of chemical in the kitchen, dish room and at the bar without label. PIC labeled them. bottWorking containers of poisonous or toxic materials not properly labeled.

3717-1-03.2(D) / Food storage containers - identified with common name of food.
Repeat Observed several working food containers without label labeled (salt, pepper, garlic. bread crumb...). PIC labeled them.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Observed build up on the vents cover of the walk in cooler and some shleves needing cleaning. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.

3717-1-04.5(D) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleaning frequency.
When asked PIC how often the nozzles of the drink machines are cleaned, PIC stated once a week. Nozzles have to be cleaned once a day. Reviewedd proper cleaning frequency with PIC. on-food contact surface(s) not cleaned at the required frequency.

Observed water damaged ceilng tiles in the dry storage area. Physical facilities not maintained in good repair.
