Corrected During Inspection Did not observe a thermometer in the make table backup line. PIC placed thermometer in unit during inspection. Hot and cold holding equipment thermometer was missing, located incorrectly, or not easily readable.

Corrected During Inspection Observed food containers not inverted to prevent contamination. PIC flipped items and corrected on site. [52] Improper storage of single-service and single-use articles.

Observed wet mops being stored in mop buckets. Mops dried improperly.
