Critical Corrected During Inspection Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked. Observed cut french fries, shreddded lettuce, shredde cheese and saucage in the refrigerator in the kitchen that were cold held for more than 24 hours without date marking. PIC vonluntarly date marked them.
