VI / Time/Temperature Controlled Safety Food
The McCall cooler was not holding TCS foods at 41 degrees F or lower.This cooler was only capable of holding foods at 46-47 degrees F during inspection. Fix/repair unit and do not place back into service until it can holds foods at 41 degrees F or lower. The TCS food items inside (chicken/mac&cheese) need to be held at 41 degrees F or lower in order to prevent microbial growth. These items had internal temps of 46-47 degrees F and need to be discarded. .
Unit was taken out of service and contents (TCS foods above 41 degrees F) emptied voluntarily by mgr. Correct By: 06-Oct-2014
