Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed a dented can of tomato soup in the dry storage. PIC explained their process for dented cans and discarded the can. Food package(s) received in poor condition.

3717-1-04.1(Y) / Temperature measuring devices.
Did not observe thermometers in either of the warming units. Hot and cold holding equipment thermometer was missing, located incorrectly, or not easily readable.
