Equipment and utensils are not being air dried. Observed 3 plastic food bins nested without proper air drying.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Repeat Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed several coolers with buildup of debris on gaskets.

Unclean nonfood-contact surfaces. Observed buildup of debris inside the spray nozzle in the dish rinsing area.
