3717-1-04.5(B)(1) / Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils - cleaning frequency.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Employee told me food contact surface within the flurry machine was only being washed once a day during the time of inspection. Food equipment surfaces not cleaned at required frequency. Despite the machine self-cleaning once a way, we discussed the need for an employee to manually wash the food contact portion every 4 hours and they agreed to add this to their cleaning cycles.

Observed damaged door sweep on the back door during the time of inspection. Outer opening not protected.

3717-1-04.1(KK) / Food equipment - certification and classification.
Repeat Observed noncommercial microwave in the hot holding area during the time of inspection. Equipment not approved by a recognized testing agency.

3717-1-20(A) / Equipment specifications for facilities in operation prior to March 2001
Observed noncommercial freezer in use during the time of inspection. Existing equipment or facilities no longer meet requirements of code.
