Complainant called in 06/05 stating getting an hamburger at this facility on 06/04 and got sick couple of hours after eating. Complainant stated hamburger was either not well cooked or not held at the right temperature.
Talked to the PIC about the complaint. PIC stated hamburger meats are cooked to 165F or above. PIC voluntarly took internal temperature of hamburger meat on the grill. Observed small hamburger meat internal temperature at 201F and big hamburger meat internal temperature at 184F. Observed hamburger meat hot holding at 141F at the time of inspection. Reviewed proper cooking and hot holding temperatures with PIC. No violation was observed at the time of inspection.
