Observed utensils on shelves in kitchen to not be stored in an inverted fashion during the time of inspection. Clean equipment and utensils not stored in a self-draining position and covered or inverted.

Repeat Observed noncommercial refrigerator, microwave, and crock pot in the facility during the time of inspection. Equipment not approved by a recognized testing agency.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Observed storage shelves in refrigerator to be dirty during the time of inspection. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.

Observed wall beside the three compartment sink to have debris on it during the time of inspection. Areas of facility not maintained clean.
