| Received complaint of insect on cheese in hamburger. Inspected facility for bugs, did not observe any at time of inspection. Manager stated that when she questioned the person about what happened, he became angry and quit answering questions. Said they have a contract with a professional exterminator to come in once a month. She will discuss with the technician. |
