Observed an accumulation of dust build up on the vent cover above the ice machine at the time of inspection. Non-food contact surface(s) not cleaned at the required frequency.

Corrected During Inspection Observed debris build up in the small cooler by the pick up window at the time of inspection. PIC cleaned up the residue immediately. Non-food contact surface(s) not cleaned at the required frequency.

Repeat Corrected During Inspection Observed mop being stored in mop bucket at the time of inspection. PIC hung the mop up to dry properly. Mops dried improperly.
