3717-1-04.1(Y) / Temperature measuring devices.
Did not observe a thermometer in the holding cabinet and the walk in cooler at the time of inspection. Hot and cold holding equipment thermometer was missing, located incorrectly, or not easily readable.

3717-1-03.2(Q) / Food storage - preventing contamination from the premises.
Corrected During Inspection Observed bag of rice sitting on the floor next to dry goods. PIC moved bag during the inspection. Improper storage of food items.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Observed a torn gasket on the fryer mini freezer at the time of inspection. PIC stated there is a work order placed for the unit to be repaired. Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted.

3717-1-05.4(F)(1) / Outside receptacles - tight fitting lids
Did not observe a lid on the dumpster at the time of inspection. Dumpster side lid was also open at the time of inspection. Outdoor refuse containers without tight fitting lids, doors, or covers.

3717-1-06.3 (C)(1) / Employee accommodations - designated areas
Corrected During Inspection Observed employee items being stored in a non designated area. A bottle of water and a red bull were stored with food products. PIC moved items to employee area.
