| Complainant called and stated that on 2/9/18 a McDonalds employee was using a chemical cleaner above the fryer to clean the ceiling and walls. The manager, Deidre, showed me where the employee was cleaning as she remember the complainant and it was on the wall and ceiling 3ft to 4ft away from the fryer on the tile wall. The cleaning agent being used was hydrogen peroxide. The hoods are scheduled to be cleaned on the 21st. No violations at time of inspection. |
