Complaint stated eating at the facility on 3/14/19 and stated the food was cold and burnt, the dinning floor was greasy, and that there were standing water and french fries on the floor of the kitchen/ prep area.
Talked to the PIC about floor cleaning frequency. Did not observed the dinning area greasy and standing water in the kitchen at the time of inspection. Observed the kitchen floor greasy, french fries on the floor, and build up of grease and food debris underneath the equipment in the kitchen (coolers, fryer, stove...). The facility needs to clean underneath all equipment when cleaning and clean the kitchen floor and dinning area floor as needing. Violation regarding the complaint is cited on the report.
