Corrected During Inspection Food thermometer not readily accessible. Observed missing thermomether in prep coolers at the serving station. PIC put one inside the coolers.

3717-1-03.2(K) / In-use utensils - between-use storage.
In-use utensils improperly stored. Observed lettuce scoop stored with handle inside the lettuce.

3717-1-04.4(A)(1) / Equipment - good repair and proper adjustment.
Equipment and/or components not maintained. Observed the walk in freezer not working. The facility is in the proccess of having a new walk in freezer. A spec sheet should be sent to the Health Department if a new equipment is installed.

3717-1-04.5(D) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleaning frequency.
Unclean nonfood-contact surfaces. Observed build up on dishsprayer nozzel and on the back splash wall of the 3 bay.
