Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed grease and dirt on cleaned milkshake glasses in the chill cabinet. Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean.
PIC placed unclean glasses in the dishwashing area and stated she would make sure the employees were informed to inspect the glassware for cleanliness before placing in the chill cabinet.

Critical Corrected During Inspection Pop nozzles are dirty in the drive through soda dispensing unit. Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean.
PIC took nozzles off to clean.

Corrected During Inspection Observed Hobart automatic dishwasher not working at time of inspection.
Facility is using the three compartment sink to warewash. Work order is in place for the Hobart.

Sandwich make station at the drive through station is not working. PIC has ice around the trays to keep temperature until the unit is repaired. Temperature of the sliced tomatoes was at correct temperature.
PIC is ensuring the ice is replaced as it melts and has a work order in place.

Corrected During Inspection Wash, rinse and sanitize solutions not clean.
PIC drained sinks and cleaned the grease out of them.

Observed accumulation of dirt debris on the racks and sides of the soda dispensing unit in the self serve area of the dining room. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.
