Comments
Complainant state being at the facility on 10/25 between 2:30-3:00 PM and observed employees without proper hair restraint. Complainant also stated observing and employee dropping a brisket on the floor of the kitchen, picking it up, putting it back on the grill, flipping it a couple of times and serving it to a customer.
We talked to the PIC about the complaint. We did not observed complainant statements at the time of inspection. Observed employees with hair restraint at the time of inspection. We talked to the PIC about reviewing proper food safety with employees to ensure that any food item that has been contaminated or dropped on the floor is being discarded. No contaminated food shall be reused. No violation regarding the complaint was noted.
