Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed mop in bucket to be blocking back hand sink during the time of inspection. Handwashing sink not accessible. PIC moved bucket during the time of inspection.

3717-1-03.2(C) / Packaged and unpackaged food - preventing contamination by separation, packaging, and segregation
Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed ice tea containers to not have lids on them during the time of inspection. Food not properly protected from contamination by separation, packaging, and segregation. PIC placed lids on containers during the time of inspection.

3717-1-05.4(R) / Removal - frequency.
Observed refuse area to be littered with excess items and trash during the time of inspection. Accumulation of refuse, recyclables, or returnables.

3717-1-05.4(F)(1) / Outside receptacles - tight fitting lids
Observed dumpster lid to be open during the time of inspection. Outdoor refuse containers without tight fitting lids, doors, or covers.

3717-1-05.4(O) / Using drain plugs.
Did not observe a drain plug on dumpster during the time of inspection. No drain plugs in waste receptacle.

3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Observed light to be out in kitchen storage area during the time of inspection. Physical facilities not maintained.

3701-21-03 / Facility layout and equipment specifications for FSO
Observed slicer that was not on original plan review to be in the facility during the time of inspection. FSO did not submit facility layout and equipment specifications.
