| Received a complaint that the complainant could smell sewage coming from the basement restrooms when last at the facility and also observed the facility charging people $1 to smoke inside the bar. ODH was contacted to follow up on the smoking complaint. During the complaint inspection, the employee stated that the state had been at the facility on 2/13/24 to investigate the smoking complaint. The employee stated that the facility does not allow smoking inside the building. The employee also stated that the facility does not have basement restrooms. The restrooms on the main floor of the facility were inspected during the complaint investigation; no sewage odor was detected. No violations were observed at the time of inspection. |
