3717-1-03.4(G) / Ready-to-eat, time/temperature controlled for safety food - date marking.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed sliced vegetables in stand up cooler to not have a date mark on them during the time of inspection. Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked. PIC stated they were put in cooler two days ago and placed proper label on them during the time of inspection.

3717-1-06.4(K) / Controlling pests.
Critical Observed mouse droppings behind the bar along with at home pest control devices during the time of inspection. Presence of live insects, rodents, and other pests. PIC needs to hire a licensed pest control operator.
