Repeat Observed coffee filters to not be inverted or covered during the time of inspection. Single-service and single-use articles not protected from contamination.

Repeat Observed microwave in kitchen to be for household use during the time of inspection. Also observed non-commercial crock-pots in the facility during the time of inspection. Equipment not approved by a recognized testing agency.

Repeat Observed corner piece of cutting board to be damaged during the time of inspection. Nonfood-contact surfaces not easily cleanable.

Repeat Observed cold water faucet at three bay sink in kitchen to be leaking when hot water was turned on during the time of inspection. Plumbing system not properly maintained or repaired.
