3717-1-03.2(R) / Food storage - prohibited areas.
Observed scoop and pop nozzle hose being stored in the ice machine behind the bar at the time of inspection. Food stored in prohibited area.

3717-1-03.2(Q) / Food storage - preventing contamination from the premises.
Corrected During Inspection Observed chopped vegetebles and fruits in open bags in the upright freezer by walk in cooler. PIC disposed of them immediately. And observed chips being stored in large bins without coverings at the time of inspection. PIC placed covers on them. OObserved cooked chicken stored in pan on table with no cover. PIC explained the chicken will be used for soup within the next 20 minutes and placed covering over the exposed chicken. Improper storage of food items.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Observed torn gasket on small prep cooler holding raw meats at the time of inspection. Temperatures temped within the required cold holding range. PIC was informed to replace gasket. Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted.

3717-1-04.5(D) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleaning frequency.
Observed an accumulation of debris and onion on the floor under the shelves in the dry storage area at the time of inspection. Non-food contact surface(s) not cleaned at the required frequency.

3717-1-06.4(N) / Maintaining premises - unnecessary items and litter.
Observed prep table wrapped with plastic wrap sitting un used in the back of the kitchen by the employee bathroom at the time of inspection. Unnecessary or nonfunctional items and /or litter on premises.

3717-1-06.4(F) / Drying mops.
Repeat Observed mops being stored in the mop sink leaning against the wall at the time of inspection. Mops must be hung up in order to dry properly. Mops dried improperly.

3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Repeat Observed ceiling with significant water damage and walls with damage as well in the dry storage area at the time of inspeciton. Physical facilities not maintained in good repair.
