| Person stated she found cockroach in her salad. I (Ashley) spoke with Elaine the manager and she did state there are bugs sometimes found in the lettuce. This is because they are receiving vegetables from the field. Elaine explained that a cleaning process is done with the lettuce and sometimes a bug may get by however they clean the products as best a possible. |
