Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed torn gaskets on the door of the milk cooler in the kitchen and on the door of the small walk in cooler in the kitchen.

3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Repeat Physical facilities not maintained in good repair. Observed water damaged ceiling tiles in the dry storage area. PIC put a work order to have them replaced.
