3717-1-03.2(Q) / Food storage - preventing contamination from the premises.
Observed cups, pretzels and pop (etc) being stored directly on the floor.
Food shall be protected from contamination by storing the food in a clean, dry location, where it is not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination, and at least six inches above the floor.
3717-1-03.5(C)(3) / Food labels - bulk food
The self-service donut case did not have the donuts labeled.
Bulk food that is available for consumer self-dispensing shall be prominently labeled with the information specified under (C)(2) of this rule.
3717-1-04.1(KK) / Food equipment - certification and classification.
Observed two freezers that are not commercial grade. When they need replaced, replace with a commercial approved freezer.
Food equipment that is acceptable for use in a FSO or RFE shall be approved by a recognized food equipment testing agency.

Observed the self-service freezer with visible ice build-up.
Equipment shall be maintained in a state of repair and condition that meets the requirements specified under rules 3717-1-04 and 3717-1-04.1 of this code.
3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Observed the vents above the roller grill with visible build-up.
Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept clean.
3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Observed build-up around the fan unit in the walk-in cooler.
Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept clean.
3717-1-04.8(E) / Equipment, utensils, linens, single-service articles, and single-use articles - storage.
Corrected During Inspection Observed single-service coffee filters and packaging used for the roller grill products not properly inverted.
Cleaned equipment and utensils, laundered linens, single-service articles, and single-use articles shall be properly stored as described in this rule.
3717-1-06.3 (C)(1) / Employee accommodations - designated areas
Observed employees coats, purses etc being stored on top of food or hanging on a food contact shelf.
Areas designated for employees to eat, drink, and use tobacco shall be located so that food, equipment, linens, and single-service and single-use articles are protected from contamination.
