Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed food employee taking order and payment at the register and went back to work without washing hands. Talked to the manager and reviewed proper hand washing. Food employee(s) did not wash hands when required.

Complainant stated being at the facility on 02/17 around 5:30 PM and observed employee taking money at the register with gloves on and going back to making pizza without changing gloves or washing hands.
We talked to the manager on shift at the time of inspection about the complaint and manager stated he has been reinforcing frequent hand washing and change of gloves when changing tasks or when required with employees but will review proper procedures again with the staff. Manager stated he is planning on assigning the register to a specific employee that will not be doing any food preparation.
