Did not observe ODH manager certificate in the facility during the time of inspection. Facility does not have an employee with manager certification in food protection. Gave the PIC a form so they can receive one.

3717-1-04.2(I) / Sanitizing solutions - testing devices.
Corrected During Inspection Observed improper sanitizer test kit at the warewashing stations during the time of inspection. No sanitizer test kit available. Gave PIC proper test kit.

3717-1-20(A) / Equipment specifications for facilities in operation prior to March 2001
Repeat Observed two non commercial upright freezers in the facility during the time of inspection. Existing equipment or facilities no longer meet requirements of code.
