Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed quaternary ammonium sanitizer solution in three bay sink behind the bar to be too low during the time of inspection. Quaternary ammonium sanitizing solution at incorrect temperature, concentration, and/or water hardness. Bartender remade the sanitizer water with the correct concentration.

Did not observe thermometers in both stand-up coolers during the time of inspection. Food thermometer not readily accessible.

Repeat Observed non commercial microwave and crock pots in the facility during the time of inspection. Equipment not approved by a recognized testing agency.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Observed debris on the bottom of the Turbo Air stand-up cooler during the time of inspection. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.
