Critical Corrected During Inspection Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean. Observed build up in the ice machine. PIC cleaned it.

3717-1-03.4(G) / Ready-to-eat, time/temperature controlled for safety food - date marking.
Critical Repeat Corrected During Inspection Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked. Observed foo items without date marking (Subs 11/07 and 11/08, Egg rolls 11/10, Cut onions 11/07, open bag of shredded mozzarela 11/09). PIC date marked them.

Improper storage of food items. Observed uncovered food items in the freezer.

3717-1-04.1(KK) / Food equipment - certification and classification.
Repeat Equipment not approved by a recognized testing agency. Observed the use of non commercial Toshiba microwave and rice cookers.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed build up on the vent covers of the stand up freezer and the walk in cooler.

Water sample results available at the facility at the time of inspection was done on 09/10/19. No Coliform. Last water sample was done on 10/03/19. PIC stated a copy of the results will be sent to the Health Department.

VI - TCS Food: Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods held refrigerated for more than 24 hours were not properly date marked.
VII - Protection from Contamination: Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are dirty. Observed build up on the ice machine.
