Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed the sanitizer buckets not reading the required concentration. PIC emptied and refilled buckets to read 200ppm. Quaternary ammonium sanitizing solution at incorrect temperature, concentration, and/or water hardness.

Observed the handwashing sink in the back by the dry storage reading 84F. Handwashing sink water below 100°F.

Repeat Observed the vent covers in the walk in fridge to have build up. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.
