| Received a complaint stating that there is a video on the Marion Crime Chronicles Facebook Page that shows an employee adulterating food with saliva. Upon inspection I discussed the situation with the manager, and they showed me the footage from within the facility. Video shows employee was too far from food to adulterate it with their mouth. Along with this, did not witness any employees adulterating food during the time of inspection. Lastly, witnessed employees wearing gloves, wearing hair restraints (such as hair ties and hats), and washing hands when changing tasks during the time of inspection. No violations observed during the time of inspection. |
